We are Keys contracting Services of the Florida Keys based out of Marathon, the same location as the iconic Seven-mile bridge. We are a fully licensed and insured, state certified General Contractor, Plumbing Contractor and Pool Contractor, fully bondable and can bond projects to $10 million. Keys Contracting Services has been a family-owned local business since 2005 completing a wide range of projects from Islamorada to Sugarloaf. We do everything from wastewater systems and trenching to new home and commercial construction, including pools, docks, and seawalls. Our in-office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will aid you throughout your project journey from the permitting process to obtaining your certificate of occupancy.

The owner Chris Gratton has more than 35 years of experience starting with his major at the University of Florida to becoming not only a Licensed General contractor with his own successful business, but also became the President of the Florida Keys Contractors Association and has maintained that position for over 10 years. Our Operations Manager and qualified Project Superintendent, Joe Giordano has been a member of the key’s community for over 20 years and has over 30 years of experience in the construction field.
