Joe Giordano -Operations Manager

Operations Manager. Joe has worked for Keys Contracting Services for 10 years. Joe is Dedicated and passionate, embracing opportunities and overcoming challenges.  His crews are incredibly professional, clean, and always on task.  Joe will always go above and beyond making sure that you are happy from ground break till you are happy in your home. On the weekends, Joe will most likely answer his phone. But be prepared for the background of a backwoods adventure, river floating and quad riding!

Dave Zawatski -Project Manager

Project Manager. Cool dude. As a Master Carpenter Dave toured with Blue Man Group, building and breaking down all the stage sets. Dave is a problem solver and will find a solution to any problem thrown his way. Dave takes pride in all his projects and will also ensure that what you want, is what you get. If you want to impress Dave, start sharing your Hard Rock Music knowledge. His is off the Charts.

Bob McElroy -Director of Utilities

There’s not a hole you can dig that Bob can’t get you out of, in the utility world of course. Bob has lived in the Florida Keys for 10 years and has worked here for Keys Contracting Services for all 10 of them. Bob is an adventurer, he’s owned a shrimp boat in Louisiana, raced stock cars, and loves to head to Montana to snowmobile! Bob is a mover and a doer, intelligent and hardworking, and as our underground project manager we count on him to get things done.

Kali Fauber -Permitting and Administrative assistant

Project Administrator. Kali has worked for Keys Contracting Services for 4 years bringing her hospitality experience to a whole new world. Kali is personable, hard-working, and dedicated. She believes that communication is key, and she will always be there to make sure that check lists are check off from the permit process to the C.O punch list. Kali is also our cupcake baker extraordinaire and our worldly traveler!

Stephanie Zajac -Project Administrator

Project Administrator. Stephanie Zajac has worked for Keys Contracting Services for almost 5 years. Stephanie has immersed herself in the construction world and loves her job. She also loves her shoes and hats! You never know if you’re going to find her in pretty heels or her famous pink construction boots, but no matter the shoes one thing is always constant; Stephanie is always ready to work.
